1. The Insurer will pay compensation within 30 days from the date of receiving a notice of an accident, subject to point 2 of this section.
2. If clarifying the circumstances necessary to establish the Insurer's liability or the amount of compensation within the period specified in point 1 was not possible, the compensation will be paid within 14 days from the date of clarifying those circumstances. However, the incontestable part of the compensation must be paid by the Insurer within the period specified in point 1.
If the compensation is paid in currency other than specified in the invoices, the conversion is made based on the Table of Average Exchange Rates of the Polish National Bank from the day of the decision granting the compensation.
