1. The liability of the Insurer starts not earlier than when the goods are transferred to shipment or transportation under Insurer's coverage and ends in line with relevant Institute Cargo Clauses.
2. The insurance coverage does not include the damage occurring during the transport of cargo with the use of own transport means of the Insured.
3. If this agreement is terminated, insurance coverage will apply only to the transport of goods specified in the shipment or transport orders whose transport started before termination of the agreement.
