Traineeships are meant for young and active people willing to gain experience in the TSL business while still studying.
Traineeship programmes are dedicated to 3rd, 4th and 5th year students, as well as to students of logistics and transport –oriented technical colleges and vocational schools.
Student traineeships are organized between 01/10 and 30/06.
You can apply all year round.
Summer traineeships are organized from July to September.
Deadline for sending applications is 10 May.
The best trainees will be offered internship at one of the company’s branch offices.
Departments: Forwarding, Trade, Storage and Logistics, Accounting, Finance, Administration.

Traineeship at C. Hartwig S.A. is a period of intensive learning, as well as a great opportunity to gain professional experience in one of the biggest forwarding companies in Poland. During the traineeship, I gained basic knowledge regarding the organization of transport and forwarding. I had a pleasure to work with wonderful people. All employees turned out to be very nice, understanding, and polite. I could count on their help, kindness, patience, and expert instructions. Traineeship at C. Hartwig Gdynia S.A. – a global logistics company - was an incredible challenge for me. As a student of Management and Economics at the Technical University of Gdansk, majoring in Economics and Finances, I had not dealt much with transport or forwarding. In the oversized cargo department, thanks to my nice co-workers I could always count on, I learned about the functioning of a logistics company, and deepened my knowledge of this area. I was positively surprised by how much trust is put in trainees. The independent tasks I was entrusted taught me responsibility and developed my skills.
